Since I&#8217;ve ordered my last pair of mouthpieces, I&#8217;ve seen even cheaper alternatives available on Ebay as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s the main things I try to remember when molding a new mouthpiece:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Above all it is most important to stick out my lower jaw when biting on the mouthpiece<br \/>\n2. Make sure my teeth are in the grooves prior to biting down<br \/>\n3. Avoid biting down way too hard and biting through the mouthpiece (at least with my incisors)<br \/>\n4.
